Meet ANAGRAM – The Ultimate Bass Workstation by Darkglass

Darkglass Electronics proudly presents ANAGRAM — a next-level bass workstation built to transform the way bass players create, perform, and explore sound. With 15 years of innovation packed into one sleek unit, ANAGRAM delivers a universe of tonal possibilities, all crafted specifically with bass in mind.

Endless Flexibility, Effortless Flow

ANAGRAM’s block-based system makes building your dream signal chain as easy as drag, drop, and play. Stack up to 12 blocks in series or go wild with 24 in parallel—perfect for crafting anything from classic tones to experimental soundscapes. The high-res touchscreen keeps navigation smooth and intuitive, while preloaded Darkglass amp and pedal models get you gig-ready straight out of the box.

Switch between three performance modes to match your style:

  • Preset Mode – Instantly call up complete rigs and signature sounds.

  • Scene Mode – Jump between parameter tweaks mid-song with ease.

  • Stomp Mode – Use it like a traditional pedalboard, engaging effects on the fly.

With over 50 customizable effect blocks—from legendary Darkglass drive to lush reverbs and ambient delays—ANAGRAM gives you a playground limited only by your imagination. Built-in tools like a tuner, looper, global EQ, mixer, and support for user-generated IRs make sure you’re covered in any situation.

Looper

With one‑touch control, start, stop, and overdub without interrupting your creativity.

Your loops run independently of presets, switch tones without stopping playback!

Tuner/Tempo

Tune your bass with precision, then set your global tempo without skipping a beat.

Keep your delays locked to the groove. Turn the knob to set BPM between 40 and 300.

Mixer

Set levels for line outs, XLRs and headphones output, all from a single view.

Fine-tune your overall tone with the Global EQ and add clarity across your entire rig.

ANAGRAM isn’t just a workstation—it’s a growing ecosystem. With Darkglass-curated content, endless user-generated presets, and full NAM compatibility, you’ve got access to studio-grade tones whenever inspiration strikes. All while keeping that unmistakable Darkglass character—punchy, clear, and endlessly flexible.

Whether you’re a gigging veteran or just crafting your first patches, ANAGRAM is built to push your creativity further.

Push boundaries. Shape your sound. Welcome to ANAGRAM.
